GM Plaza at 767 5th Ave. New York City, New York

Macklowe Properties retained CSCE Services Corp. to provide Stone Project Management services encompassing both Preconstruction & Construction. This plaza reconstruction consisted of 10,000 sf of Verde Marina granite from India and manufactured in Italy. The use of large size

pavers and enormous cubic benches makes this project standout as a jewel situated at the

southeast comer of Central Park and 5th at the GM Building.
